Of course go with The second Laptop, the AMD one, quad core, r5 graphics and 6Gb of RAM, thats much much better and the price is really fine too! this should have not been a question, it is obvious enough :D

well now i have a pc, can you tell me how to exactly do this?

So i rooted my utok450D, and i "accidentally" uninstalled my contacts application. Now im unable to call or save numbers, i can only respond to calls-and not always. Alaways when i try to call it says that it closed unexpectedly!! Please if you know how can i fix it without using a windows pc...
