im having a similar problem but mine is on my external screen (TV) only when watching films. my acer aspire 5536 has a smashed screen i can only use external screen. sorry for butting in by the way. any help is much appreciated

im having pretty much the same problem my external screen loads then go to blue screen. my laptop screen is broken so need to use it on tv. it only loads up on safe mode with connection. it did work ok but i think i changed something in the settings without releasing any suggestions on how this...
