I have a Toshiba Satellite C55 B5201 I have tried all of the above solutions, save the for ProgramFiles/Toshiba/ etc. That directory chain is nowhere in my hard drive. If there is a Toshiba folder, it is hidden somewhere. I've done searches for Toshiba, Toshiba HWSetup, Toshiba settings, Toshiba...
