i agree it's a great TV -- but don't expect anything that even remotely looks like customer support from LG - you buy this device, you are on your own re: how to maximize, maintain, protect that incredible picture from ghosting - LG simply doesn't care

it is certainly true that LG produces a great OLED - unfortunately, the great picture is supported by the most abysmal customer service in the known universe-- so, getting and keeping the incredible picture is dumped on the user - LG could not care less - they already have your $$$. IMHO

if you choose LG, don't expect any meaningful customer service-- they simply don't care after your check clears

with all due respect, i bought a 55" LG OLED a year or so ago -- their customer support is abysmal-- especially in regard to assisting the user with managing the well established image retention issues with the OLED architecture -- yes, the picture quality is magnificent - but there is no...
