Hopefully this is the right place to post. When I attempt to watch YouTube videos, the only thing that shows up is a black box with the buffering symbol. Sometimes the ads load and play, but the actual video never starts. It doesn't work on the latest version of Chrome or Firefox.

Hello, I recently bought the Logitech G930 only to find out that it apparently isn't ready right out of the box. I've been working on it for hours to no avail. All sound plays through my PC speakers instead of my headset. Support would be greatly appreciated.
