    Ok thanks, the internet is just fine, I have everything connected with no problem and double checked to make sure the tablet is not blocked and on the accepted device list

    I did hard reset and the screen is frozen for hours -- Downloading.... Do not turn off target!!

    how do i fix this problem -- on the home page the time and date are correct and then when trying to refresh the weather in the same box, it states "network not available"
