My laptop a ASUS NOTEBOOK PC showed up a blue screen So i decided to start it safe mode but when in safe mode it went into Auto repair and kept restarting and Auto repairing by it self. Finally the HDD failed so I replaced with a new one. Now it wont let me install new windows and keeps starting...
