    New Dell XPS 13 2015 - Plugged in not charging

    Hi there, I had exactly this (hence ended up here) I unplugged the wall-plug end of the adaptor from the central black box part and replugged, mine now charges absolutely fine again, so probably was a bad connection somewhere. hope that helps, Luke
