I would like to know how G-Sync is or how those with a laptop are dealing with it atm. Is G-Sync worth it on a laptop if I go with a refresh rate of 75hz?

Are the screen resolution already an option or do they have to be put in as a custom refresh rate? I also forgot to say that I'm also looking for a 970m laptop that supports G-Sync and refresh rates of 75hz.

I would like to know if there's any 970M laptops out with a fps limit of 75 atm.
