I have an Emerson 39" tv LC391EM3 that I want to put a sound base on. The sound base is a cheap one from Big Lots the Art+Sound bluetooth AR2010. I hooked up with the RCA cables that came with the base, but nothing is happening. I turned the base on (with switch in back) got the sound...
