Update: Checked Internet Explorer. No youtube malware alerts so I'm almost positive it must be something wrong in Chrome

I think so. It would be much easier to find if there is some kind of malware if names of extension folders wouldn't be completly random

Nah it's only Youtube. Checked vimeo just to be sure but no alerts there. EDIT: Oh forgot to mention that alert shows on any youtube video.
