Yes it works on other computers it is the windows XP.had to reinstall XP lost the driver now the goflex won't reinstall the updated driver and seagate won't let you get the driver without the internet and driver update utility.

I tried both and none worked.i just need driver for freeagent goflex portable USB drive for Windows XP one came with the drive.if I had the internet I could use driver update utility.but I have to download it to my Android phone and transfer to my computer.thanks for any help

Device manager recognized the drive.but does not show up in my computer.has to need updated driver.but seagate and everyone wants me to use driver update and I have no internet but a PC compatible phone I could download driver but can't find just the driver.for seagate freeagent goflex usb...

They have no driver for Windows XP plus I have no internet but could download to my phone and transfer it to My computer
