I had my iPad connected to insignia tv with a hdmi cable. The iPad charger apparently had a short in it, it sparked when I connected the charger to the iPad. Then all hdmi ports on the tv quit functioning, even the one that the satellite was plugged into. I had 5 hdmi inputs, now none work...
