Won't let me change to default settings I tried all settings it didn't work any ideas

Hi I have a huge problem with my asus laptop where it won't boot up from asus screen it just keeps going round and round I have tried everything so far it won't let me change anything under bios start up if you know how to change let me know. I think it has a virus please help me as I need this...

My asus lapto is stuck on the asus screen in startup. It just keeps going round and round to that screen. Please help me I need the laptop and have no money to replace anything. I have tried taking battery out and all that but nothing. I am not very computer literate
