    The laptop is unresponsive, refuses to turn on, however it will charge. I need to remove the battery to cut off the power supply to reset the system

    Attempting to do a hard reset on my Toshiba satellite P55W-C5200 Having a very hard time removing battery Am I just too weak to remove the screws holding the battery down or is a mechanical screwdriver necessary I have tried all other options
