    my tablets fuctional, but the backlight isn't working, why?

    Its able to on but the screen is all black, i've tried to reset it, but it doesn't work at all! Its a bit new, so i'm terrified. PLEASE HELP! Issue:I'm able to play music, but no formal back light and nothing on screen!
