i fixed half of the problem i needed to reformat wich on his laptop was done quite easy. The next bit is that it seems to be overheating that looks like a ventilation problem.

My samsung r540 that i have owend for the past five years and have heavily used now appears to be at its end for some reason. Its cpu works at 50% or above all the time. It also has a tendency to crash and lagg. Ive looked for viruses with anti virus software cant they dont pic up any problems...
