I have this old laptop and it really needs a memory upgrade ( now it has 2gb) I was thinking to upgrade it to 4gb or 8gb. What kind of ram do you recoomend? The original one are sodimm ddr2 667 but i found that the new ones with dd3 and 1600 mhz are cheaper
