My Windows 10 cant download my Graphic card driver!

Hey ive got a problem with my laptop.
It seems my computer can't detect my nvidia graphics card and is now curently using its Intel graphics card as primary. It would be a big help if somebody could help me with this problem. Graphics Card Nvidia GTX 670M System: Windows 10 64 bit- Mardez08
