    Samsung smart tv connects to my network but not the internet

    Yes!!! Just after reset with another internet provider ( your cell phone internet)...UNPLUG YOUR TV...COUNT TO 10.... TURN ON AND GO TO WEB SETTINGS...CHOOSE YOUR HOME INTERNET... INCLUDE PSW AND MANUALLY ENTER DNS AS .8.8.8.8 IT WILL WORK!!!
