    Did all this, main problem is when I turn computer on it takes forever to start up and have quick access to anything it’s the start up that’s slow, like my pointer does nothing

    My laptop takes forever to start up sometimes will just not do anything I have cleaned it up, uninstalled programs scanned with webroot not sure what to do next. I’ve noticed I don’t hear fan running as much as I use to or maybe it’s not the fan?
