Help me find my photos in my SD card please! I need to save them!

I have the same issue! I have an SDHC memory card and my camera is a GENX TouchShotPro HD. Checked the settings, there were no settings about the SD card but to format it. I can't delete the photos! They're important to me! I can only see the photos in the camera when the SD card is plugged but...
