Thanks for help! After following advice from some on this forum I contacted Microsoft and now my Laptop is working after finally accepting my password....excellent so thank you muchly!
I have an Acer Laptop and it won't let me log on even though I have the correct password. Have tried to change the password but it won't recognise that either. I am the administrator but it won't let me log on with a standard user password which I tried to see if it would work. It didn't.
