    Do your hard drive have windows download on it? If not is normal that in your boot menu you have only 1 option

    Try to launch your PC from a USB key where you download Linux? It's maybe only a Windows problem not a computer problem so you can charge also on a key the installation program of windows and boot it on this hey, choosing "fix problem".
