    c:\windows\system32\tasks\windowsmediasharing . This has come up on the last few scans. Quarantined it but keeps reappearing. Says it's a trojan/downloader. Win 7 64 bit

    Normal, your laptop throttles to save power on battery. Go to power management and change the power scheme whilst on battery to 100%

    I bet if you went back to the original windows with drivers from dell for that windows/laptop model, all would be well
