    [Solved]System Interrupts taking CPU

    Hi all I too had this problem where System Interrupts would be present on every startup eating 20% of my CPU, but not after a reboot! It turned out to be a windows 8 fast boot option. see this video demo http://youtu.be/gV22R0kTIAY
