you can. just get a win10 USB UEFI installer from the media creation tool. boot from it to do a clean install. visit your laptops support site to download all drivers starting with the chipset. then your graphics driver. then the rest. but its a new laptop right. so just simply uninstall them...

try googling the support site for your lenovo laptop model number/name and look for the support link. download and reinstall the chipset driver. then your wifi/lan drivers.

this doesnt sound like a software issue that you can be solved by just reinstalling or updating drivers or BIOS. you may want to get that looked at a PC shop where they have the proper tools to look into the internal hardware of your laptop. some circuits/wires may have been burned out/loose.
