    ASUS K54C Laptop Power Button Issue

    Check the cable from power button to motherboard. You need to lift out the keyboard for access very small tape cable to motherboard connection has given me these problems. Remove cable and clean, very fiddly to replace, the connector has a small locking bar. Best Regards
