    Yes i did, i looked in HP manuals and it says that there is a RAM problem so I brushed the conections and usted the other slot but nothing happened

    HP 15-ac003ns screen keeps black and Caps lock L.E.D blinks: I I I_____I I I____ETC. This problem started when I dissambled the laptop to make a fan cleaning and thermal paste replacement.
