The chipset that controls the power input has failed on my Sony Vaio VPC-F13M0E/B and cannot be repaired. The Sony authorised repair agent has quoted a price that would still be uneconomic at half the amount. The motherboard number is A1796418A I really want it fixed but not at any cost...
