    The Power option is set for the screen to Never turn off, and the battery saver mode is turned off. So, this is not the problem.

    It seems that the Acer line has had this problem - wish I had known before buying it. With mine the screen turns off and it stops working. If I hold down the start button for 30 seconds or so, it comes back. Any thoughts or recommendations?
