    I put the phone to charge and it stated doing several quick beeps at least a dozen until I unplugged the phone now. Nothing.

    It's a ZTE smart phone cannot be opened per dealership and they say there is nothing that they can do about it I should have been the smart one and not spend so much money on this piece of crap
