    I don't think so. Those LED blinking must mean something, CPU failed, or something, but HP website only talks about 2 or 3 blinks, does not mention continuous blinking.

    velo3100, I can't even get to the BIOS, so I can't open the disk drive. I thought, to try boot to ubuntu from a USB drive, but since it doesn't even start the fans I don't think it's gonna work
