    You could click on the wifi icon on the bottom right corner of the screen twice it will open a list on wifi sources click on the one you use and it should say disconnect or forget then it should be disconnected.

    My Laptop shuts down while playing games

    Sounds like a pretty easy solution you just cut off all the power getting to that laptop's integrated graphics thus shutting down the internal gpu which shuts down the whole PC cause of voltage loss just don't unplug the laptop while gaming and you should be good.
