You may want to try booting your phone into safe mode. I'm not quite sure what you issue is bit you could also try an antivirus. Bitdefender antivirus works great.

Do you have another HDD? If you do then you should be able put that in and then install windows fresh on that. Then could can just boot the other HDD when you want it back to normal. I think that ought to work.

Hi, does it actually cmd in the window? If not then it is fairly possible that it is linked to the program and is not malicious. I wouldn't worry to much. Unless you notice anything very out of the ordinary.

First off i would download a great tool called trend housecall. http://housecall.trendmicro.com/uk/ . This is very effective at clearing out any viruses and Trojans. After you have run that i would recommend resetting your browser or even reinstalling it. I hope this works for you.

I would recommend downloading a utility called trend housecall http://housecall.trendmicro.com/uk/ . It is very affective at detecting viruses. If that doesn't work then as has been said you need to reinstall your OS.
