The archives are encrypted using 256bit AES encryption. You won't be able to brute force it until quantum computers come around, and thats not for another 20 years.

The worst that usually happens if you end up with some annoying adware. You look up the symptoms, you find the answer on some forum, you delete it's files, and thats that. No big deal, and still a rare occurrence.
