Install apps directly to sd card

Hello.I have a samsung grand prime+ And android 6.I want to download an app from a link and then install it to sd card not internal memory but i cant find a way to do it.

laptop fan keep working and then stops

Hello,when i open my laptop the fan keeps working but after 10 minutes it keeps turning on and off my laptop is toshiba.
