Turns out that the problem was the graphics card. My pc is working fine now. Thank you anyway :)

When I turn on my pc it sound like it's starting but it doesn't, Only caps lock and f12 light on,but not flashing. I believe it might be because of temperature abuse, I left it on hibernate for 2 nights and then I turned it off, and when I wanted to turn it back on the next day screen stays...
