I purchased an HP Pavilion (Windows 10) laptop a month ago in February 2018. After installing a J5Create (model JUD380) to hook up an external monitor I plugged in the dongle for the Logitech keyboard into the J5Create. After a week or so I unplugged the J5Create and the keyboard does not work...
