Solved! WoeUSB Error Code 256- Attempting to create Windows 10 bootable ISO

Best is to use the Media Creation Tool. Go here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/software-download/windows10 The ISO file should be downloaded to an empty USB flash drive with at least 8GB and formatted to FAT32. Also go here...

Is there an aesthetically good looking system monitoring software?

AMD overdrive is good for overclocking your R9-390. For monitoring and stress testing I use AIDA64 and HWInfo64. Together they will provide all you need for monitoring and testing purposes.

    Using TV as Computer monitor

Hi luckydog126 :) If your laptop does not automatically output using HDMI to the TV, go to Nvidia Control Panel in Windows> Display > Adjust Resolution and select the TV that is displayed. It should be as simple as that if your connection and cabling is correct.

I reset my computer. After the reset, my frames on every game dropped by a lot.

No, you have reset Windows and your Power Options are in Windows that I was referring too. Your Bios is to Overclock your CPU and your buddy set your Bios priority for the OS which would reside on your SSD. Go here on how to set and configure your Power Options in Windows...

I reset my computer. After the reset, my frames on every game dropped by a lot.

Oh dear. If you have no restore point and depending on what you chose in the options for reset then you will have to configure your Power options and Nvidia settings. Once that's done, benchmark using Cinebench R15 and post your results for OpenGL and the CPU. It is always a good idea to save a...

I reset my computer. After the reset, my frames on every game dropped by a lot.

OK well if you did a factory reset in Windows then it should have created a System Restore Point. Restore to a date previous to the factory reset and see how you go. If your not sure how, then list your OS and details will be given.

Well if your Bios is at default and no OC then BestBuy are correct. You have a high end system with enough grunt to play any AAA games at max settings even at default and why are you wanting 300fps anyway.? Again, what did you reset that caused the frame drop.? Have you checked in Windows...

I reset my computer. After the reset, my frames on every game dropped by a lot.

Hi JordanG10 :) If you mean by reset you cleared CMOS then this may account for lesser performance if the system was OCed at all. Clearing CMOS would bring Bios back to default. List your full system specs if you wish to OC.

    Solved! Virus or just me?

If you have visited a dodgy web site recently a virus may have affected your Svchost.exe and could be gathering info and it can spread. Go to services.msc and stop the process. Click on the Svchost and check it's location. If it is anywhere but in the C:\Windows\System32 folder then it's most...

Upgrading old SSD to samsung evo 850

Sorry for the misunderstanding ryu4fly. I can't answer that as Iv'e never had an mSATA drive and thought they were only for Laptops. I don't see why it would be different mSATA to mSATA although you would need an adapter going from mSATA to SSD or HDD. There is a Western Digital guy Boogieman_WD...
