I tried that. It doesn't. I contacted Asus about replacement batteries but they said they don't sell replacement internal batteries. Anyone know where I can get an OEM battery from instead of a cheapo chinese knockoff?

I realise replacing the battery is an option but why does not using the laptop for a whiile mean the battery won't charge up?
