You're misunderstanding, my laptop has no personal data on it so i was allowed to factory reset it and i had already started the process and when it started re-installing windows on the laptop and configuring the settings it got caught in a loop for two weeks and i havent been able to access it...

My acer aspire one cloudbook 14 was running slow so the guy at the shop told me to factory rest the laptop and remove all the files so i did and now the laptpp has been stuck installing windows for a week and a half. Please help, i need it for school work.
