As harry said... it could be nearly every part... Checking Temperature and installing all the Updates would be the first thing... Often after a fresh install windows installs many things in the background... (Depending on your Version ofc) This takes some hours... If your PC isnt the fastest...

What you could also do (if possible) is to Undervolt the CPU a little bit... Most of the time the Voltages are higher than needed.. so that also the bad chips also work... Undervolting should at least give you some C Greets
