    Low fps in games

    hi i have alittle problem with fps dropping CPU: AMD FX 7500 GPU: AMD Radeon R7 M260 2x RAM:8GB - Usable 7GB Windows 8.1 I saw people playing with these settings like nothing but when i play i will not go more than 25 and i am using high settings
