Whenever my computer has just booted (whether it's a cold boot, restart, or from sleep), Chrome will not work for 5-10 minutes. I'll get pages to load for a few seconds, then it'll stop working for a few mins. Then it'll work again for about a minute, and will be gone again for another few mins...
