Something like the Dell Precision M4600 Laptop would be great. It's a little expensive but if you go on ebay you can find it much cheaper :)

It is very difficult and a lot of hassle to upgrade a laptop CPU. But if you really want to then go onto the manufactures website and look up your laptop model. Somewhere on the website you should see a CPU upgrade support list. Those CPU's are the only one that will work with your motherboard.
