I had the same issue. I realised that a 3rd party start menu app called "startisback" was causing this. resolved using the following: 1. Go To Task Manager (CTRL+ALT+Del) 2.Run new task- Chrome.exe 3. Download and install Revo Uninstaller (if already Installed, skip step 2 and 3) 4. Back to...
