UPDATE... I was futzin' with the laptop and, all of the sudden, it booted up.. The Power LED still was blinking and then the LED turned orange.... What I am thinking is that maybe the battery was completely dead and needed a charge to get going.. But that wouldn't explain why it was not...

I have an IdeaPad 3 that came in with a busted screen... But otherwise it powered up.. I pulled the old screen and put in a new one, same size, same connector.. Once I did that, they laptop was dead. No power to anything.. I let it sit over night hoping the laptop elves would fix it for me...
