    I'm just not to keen on using the oven inside the house and what residue may be left behind in the oven. Any fumes outside will not stink my house out as I have just finished renovating.

    I thought maybe on a elevated grill wire on a baking dish getting the heat controlled to the right temp before putting it in it's gas bbq with a thermostat and high/low settings.
