I managed to solve it, I used SoundVolumeView to save two different views then just ran command line to switch between the two.

I have a 5.1 analogue system and I want to swap the front speakers with the rears ones and mute the front speakers when I play movies on the 2nd monitor, I was hoping to do this using a speaker configuration tool, See picture provided. any suggestions on how to do this, Audio manager tool...
